When you were young surely your mother repeatedly stated that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Although that sentence is deeply carved in your head, no doubt it happens often to you when in a hurry in the morning to forget to put something in your mouth or you think that by skipping the breakfast and starving till lunch you will burn some more calories.
