Vergara for breakfast eat fresh fruit and cooked vegetables along with fruit drinks and says that this meal helps her to “fill” with energy at the start of the day.
For the first snack, Sofia wants to eat something sweet – mostly ice cream and says that the dessert helps her to kill the desire for something sweet.
For lunch, this beauty most likes to eat pasta.
“I want to eat healthy, but I do not want to become obsessed with it because you allow yourself with some not-healthy foods,” she says.
The second snack involves eating a snack of fruit or cereal, a glass of orange juice. She also said that drinking a lot of water accelerate the burning of fat, but tries to eat foods that naturally contain water such as watermelon, cucumber and so on.
For dinner she eats smaller meals, and generally chooses foods that contain fewer carbohydrates.
